A goal for more mindful consumption in 2025 ✨

It isn’t uncommon for me to just treat myself to a drink just because I’m out. I love the ritual of going to a coffee shop, and don’t get me wrong— there’s nothing wrong with that, but the cost adds up quickly!

In 2025 I’m going to try to be more mindful about my spending on beverages. I got an espresso machine so I am hoping that I can make more coffee at home and save money!!

Plus, when I make coffee at home I can better control the sugar content and calories to align better with my health goals for 2025!

What’s your plan for saving or cutting back spending in 2025?
