Customizing your Mac files 📁
Do you like this look or do you have any great hacks for a Mac??
Ever since I started planning straight from my desktop, this hack has been a game changer for customizing all of my look!! I love to be able to change the icon of my files to better fit my background!
Here’s how I do it:
•Choose an icon that you like (I use Canva) and make sure that you have the image downloaded and that it has a transparent background
•Right click the downloaded image and *copy* it
•Right click the file that you want to change and click “get info”— this should give you a window that has the file icon in the top left corner
•Highlight the current file icon by clicking on it, and then hit *command v* this will paste your previously copied icon and change the file!
