Hey foxy friends! You loved my quick Worktober fox look, and I've had so many questions about how I get those perfect fox nose and whisker details. So, I thought I'd spill all my secrets on achieving this super cute, yet striking, fox face makeup! It’s easier than you think, and perfect for Halloween, costume parties, or just feeling a little wild! First things first, let's talk about what you'll need. Don't worry, you probably have most of these in your makeup bag already! For the Nose: A black eyeliner pencil (kohl or liquid, whatever you're comfortable with!), or even some black cream makeup. I prefer a pencil for precision. For the Whiskers: The same black eyeliner pencil or a fine-tipped liquid liner works wonders. For the Cheeks: An orange, warm brown, or even a peachy blush/eyeshadow. Optional: A small, fluffy blending brush, setting powder, and setting spray. Let's Get That Foxy Nose Perfect! This is such a key part of the fox look, and it's surprisingly simple. Prep Your Nose: Make sure your face is already done with your base makeup (foundation, concealer). Outline the Tip: Take your black eyeliner pencil. Gently draw a small, rounded triangle shape right on the tip of your nose. Think of an upside-down heart, or a rounded ‘V’ at the very bottom. Fill It In: Carefully fill in that triangle shape with your black liner. You want it to be opaque and smooth. Create the Whiskers: From these dots, draw thin, slightly curved lines extending outwards towards your cheeks. I usually do about three to five whiskers on each side. Make some longer, some shorter, and vary their direction slightly for a more natural, playful look. Keep it Delicate: The key to good whiskers is to keep them fine and not too thick. If you make a mistake, a cotton swab with a little micellar water can help clean it up. Adding Those Signature Orange Cheek Accents: To complete the foxy face, don't forget the orange! This is where the "orange cheek accents" from the image come in. Placement: Grab your orange or warm brown blush/eyeshadow. Apply it generously, but blendable, on the apples of your cheeks and slightly extending up towards your temples. Think of it as shaping your face to look a bit more pointed and furry. Blend, Blend, Blend: Use a fluffy brush to blend out any harsh lines. The goal is a soft, warm glow that mimics a fox's fur color.
