What I did today

Today was not exactly the way I planned it. I was going to sleep in but by 6:31 AM I realized I had never gotten into a very deep sleep and I needed to get out of my bed so I got up and basically stayed up doing almost nothing until 11 AM when I took a 3 hour nap. I realized that after my appendectomy in May I had allowed myself to get too lazy with walking so I decided today while I was home alone I was going to walk laps in the house. I walked laps for about 13 minutes and realized that I was just too tired to keep going so I went to my room and took a nap. After my nap I walked around in the house again for another 13 ish minutes. But I’m not home alone so I kept accidentally bumping into my dad and decided ok I’m not going to get my body back to being used to walking again in just 1 day especially after being so lazy after May. So I’m gonna be looking for some interesting podcast to listen to while walking laps in the house. Probably tomorrow because tomorrow it will just be my mom and I at home so I won’t be bumping into someone while walking. Also this is the at home pre training I’m giving myself to walk full time in the house instead of relying on my wheelchair so much which is causing me a ton of back pain. I will keep documenting this process so follow me for updates on my personal training to leave my wheelchair behind.
