Focus on leaning forward slightly when lifting your legs to counterbalance your weight; this helps you find that sweet spot for stability. Another key element is to engage your core and quads to maintain control. Without proper core engagement, lifting your legs becomes challenging. Remember also to practice without the blocks to build strength and confidence in sustaining your handstand. As you progress, consider trying different variations, such as transitioning from a simple handstand against the wall to a free-standing position. Establishing these foundational skills will enhance your overall inversion journey and help you achieve a successful handstand.
