Shade match help
Can you see the It+ cosmetics cc cream? lol I tried on
2 shades right next to each other. Fair and fair warm and I can’t tell the difference but also it was t good lighting.
Choosing the right shade of CC cream can really make a difference in achieving a natural, flawless look. From my experience, lighting plays a huge role in how you perceive shades like fair and fair warm. Even under natural light, these subtle differences can be tricky to spot. I found it helpful to test the shades in different lighting settings throughout the day—morning sunlight, indoor lighting, and even evening light—to get a better sense of how the tones complement your skin. Another useful tip is to apply a small amount of each shade along your jawline rather than your hand or wrist, as this area better reflects your facial skin tone. When the shades blend almost seamlessly, check if one gives a warmer or cooler undertone that matches your skin's undertone. Sometimes fair warm works better if you have golden or peachy undertones, while fair suits cooler undertones more. It’s also worth considering how the CC cream interacts with your skin type. For instance, if you have dry skin, a more hydrating formula or mixing a tiny drop of facial oil with your CC cream can enhance the finish and wearability. Lastly, don’t hesitate to ask for samples at beauty stores or request a shade match from beauty experts online if available. Many brands also offer virtual try-on tools that can give you a preview before purchasing. Overall, patience and trying shades in varied lighting really helped me distinguish closely matched tones like IT Cosmetics’ fair and fair warm to achieve a natural glow without looking mismatched.

They are both really good! I would say the one closest to your mouth is a closer shade match
