Salmon Dinner
Ingredients:
Asparagus
Potatoes
Salmon
Kerrygold Garlic and Herb Butter
Parmesan Cheese
Heavy Whipping Cream
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Seasoned Salt
Old Bay Seasoning
Recipe:
1.) Chop then season asparagus and potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt, and old bay seasoning. Add bits of butter on top of both.
2.) Season salmon with Old Bay seasoning, cover in lemon juice, and bits of garlic & herb butter.
3.) ONLY bake the potatoes and salmon for 400 degrees in the oven for 26 minutes, then add the asparagus once both have already cooked for 20 minutes.
4.) Add a 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese to a small pot.
5.) Cook on medium for 6 minutes while the rest of the food is in the oven.
6.) Remove food for cooling and plating.
7.) Add as much parmesan cheese sauce as desired. (I added way more after taking this picture)
