My second order taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of offering size options. Initially, the pieces I sent were too tight on my customer’s wrist, which led me to rethink the way I handled measurements. Adding a size choice option in my store made a big difference. It allowed customers to select the best fit for their wrists, minimizing returns and remakes. This change was a result of trial and error, a natural part of running a custom craft business. Based on this experience, I now advise anyone selling wearable items to pay close attention to sizing options. It’s a simple adjustment that significantly improves customer satisfaction and reduces hassle. From a personal perspective, it’s rewarding to see customers happy with designs that fit perfectly. Each piece is unique, and accommodating size differences respects that uniqueness. If you’re in a similar creative field, don’t hesitate to adapt your offerings based on feedback. It’s a key step toward building a loyal customer base and growing your business.
