「山下公園 花 イベント」で探していると、つい山下公園周辺の情報ばかり見がちなんですが…実は同じ横浜で、かなり“花イベント満足度”が高かったのが里山ガーデンフェスタでした。私たちはGW前後の週末に行ったのですが、想像以上に「辺り一面咲き誇る」景色で、写真を撮る手が止まらなかったです。 山下公園と比べてよかったなと思ったのは、混雑の差。山下公園は海沿いでアクセスが良いぶん、イベント時期はどうしても人が集まりやすい印象。でも里山ガーデンは「よこはま動物園ズーラシアのとなりでやってる」立地なので、時間帯によっては人も少なくて、背景に人が写り込みにくいのが最高でした。朝〜お昼前の早めの時間か、午後遅めを狙うとさらに快適です。 あと、デート目線だと“セットで楽しめる”のが強いポイント。午前はズーラシア（ZOORASIA）で動物園デート→午後は花畑でのんびり散歩、みたいに1日プランが組みやすいです。歩き疲れたら、会場にキッチンカーが出ている日もあって（私が行った時も見かけました）、軽く休憩しながら回れました。甘いもの好きならクレープ系の出店があるとテンション上がります。 行き方のコツとしては、公共交通なら「よこはま動物園」行きバス終点まで行って、そこから徒歩15分か無料シャトルバス。シャトルがある日は体力温存できるので、事前に運行情報をチェックしておくと安心です。車の場合はズーラシア駐車場利用になるので、GWなどは早め到着が無難。 「山下公園の花イベントに行きたいけど混みそう…」「写真をきれいに撮れる花畑がいい」って人は、里山ガーデンフェスタも候補に入れてみてください。入場無料でこのボリュームは、かなりお得に感じました。
