Story time: I went to Staten Island

/New York

My mother and I went to New York (my second time, her first). On this day, we had gone to Madame Tussauds and the 9/11 Memorial, so we were walking around Lower Manhattan. I suggested (because we were at The Battery) that we go to see the Satue of Liberty. So, we get on the Staten Island ferry (nit paying attention to the name), only to find out that the ferry actually takes you to Staten Island, who would've guessed! However, just outside the terminal, there's an outlet mall to occupy your time.

I really enjoyed my time. Even though I didn't do what I was expecting to, I still got some great pictures and would definitely go again.

That looks so fun! I was supposed to go for my 8th grade field trip but COVID happened and it was canceled. I live in New York State but I haven’t had the chance to go yet. I really want to though.
