I usually keep a cup of ice water next to me. Since the fire starts from the inside, I try to cool it from the inside as well. I've gotten tips to use black cohosh as well, but I'm TERRIBLE at taking pills consistently! I try to dress accordingly, but it's hard being cute AND hot flash ready!! Mine always seem to hit once I get to the checkout. I mean BUCKETS of sweat!!! Standing there like I just came from out of the rain!! I be OVER IT!!!🤣🤣🤣
