Ground Turkey Meatloaf...
Ingredients
• 1 red onion diced
• 3lbs Ground Turkey (you can also use beef)
• Salt/pepper
• Oregano
• Garlic powder
• 1 egg
• 12 unsalted saltine crackers, crumbled
• Apx 1/4 c Ketchup
Topping
• Apx 1 c ketchup
• Apx 1/4 brown sugar
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Mix togeather all ingredients and pour into pan
3. Cook for 45-60 min or until internal temp is 165°F
4. Mix togeather topping and pour on top of Meatloaf. Then cook an additional 10-15 minutes when toppings is bubbly and delicious.
5. Let cool about 10 minutes before slicing and serve
