How I pushed for only 20 min during delivery!
I remember hearing so many story’s of woman having to push for hoursss during delivery and that scared me so much!
I ended up doing a bunch of research on how to help labor go by faster and easier as safe as possible!

I didn’t do any of this and pushed for 20 minutes with my first, and 10 minutes with my second. I just pushed as hard as I could, as if I was trying to poop.
