From 290 in 2017 to 230 2025

Yall the girl on the left was fat, overweight, hated herself but loved everyone. Her self confidence was completely lost. And the girl on the right…. This woman is happy to look in the mirror, smiling actually smiling and loves herself, she feels her worth, her accomplishments and loves with her whole heart. It only took from 2017 to 2025 to unwire her brain and learn to love herself.

Btw this is the same outfit from 2017 in 2025! I had to change the leggings because they fell off. I went from a 3xl to a XL in leggings and from a 3xl to a L in shirts.

So if you are going through the weight loss process and straight up can’t stand to look in the mirror…..the 1st thing to do is love yourself enough to want to be healthier. To want to live actually live and enjoy being your best self. Just make sure you eat healthy and have fun winning at this journey! ❤️❤️
