What I ate today ✨ 20lbs down🥰

What i eat on a lazy sunday when we are resetting for the week. I started the day off right by weighing in 20 lbs down this morning! Throughout the day I kind of followed hunger cues but didnt have a huge appetite today so my calories were a little lower. Sidenote this low cal alternative for one of the holiday dunkin order was AMAZING. I Think next time I will try to make the peppermint mocah lower cal. I hope everyone had a great week and will join along my journey so we can walk into 2026 already working towards goals! #caloriedefiict #lowcaloriemeals #wieiadweightloss #wieiadcalories #weightlossandfatloss

Read moreEmbarking on a weight loss journey can feel overwhelming, but small, mindful choices like those shared here show how manageable it can be, especially on a laid-back day like a lazy Sunday. One key to success is listening to your body's hunger signals—eating when hungry but not forcing large meals if your appetite is low. This intuitive eating approach helps maintain a steady calorie deficit without feeling deprived. The day's meals start with a 380-calorie breakfast including a medium hot coffee with cream and a Wake-Up Wrap with sausage, providing a solid, satisfying start to fuel the morning. Snacks like a serving of salty peanuts (about 200 calories) keep energy consistent without overeating. Dinner features a balanced meal of 8 ounces of lean ground beef (280 calories), a fresh Everything Chopped Salad from Taylor Farms with a light ranch dressing (280 calories), and a pepper jack cheese stick (80 calories). Complementing this, moderate condiment use like Heinz sugar-free ketchup and pickles add flavor with minimal calories. An exciting highlight is the low-calorie alternative to a popular holiday Dunkin' order, which the author found delicious and plans to tweak further, such as making the peppermint mocha version lower in calories. This points to the importance of creative substitutions in a diet plan—finding ways to enjoy favorite flavors in healthier formats helps sustain long-term adherence and reduces feelings of restriction. Together, these choices exemplify practical daily eating habits that support a 20-pound weight loss milestone. For anyone working towards fitness and fat loss goals, incorporating nutrient-dense, lower-calorie foods and paying attention to true hunger cues can drive progress steadily while maintaining enjoyment. Whether adjusting holiday treats or simply resetting for the week, focusing on balanced meals and moderate portions as shown here can empower you to head confidently into 2026 with your health ambitions on track. This journey underscores that weight loss isn’t about perfection, but consistency and self-awareness in your food choices over time.
