I can’t find the yeast could I leave it out? Would the affect be the same?

You should eat soy lecithin. It'll help get rid of clogged ducts, and if you take it every day, you should have very little if any clogged ducts. That's how it's worked for me. If you like oreos, they have soy lecithin in them.
