Leave them Hot Cheetos Boudin Balls Alone & Go Ma
Recipe is for 5 pounds of meat - will make about 15 5oz balls.
INGREDIENTS:
Ground beef
2 pounds Mozzarella cheese block
1 pound Colby Jack cheese block
Party size bag hot Cheetos
Flour
About 8 eggs
Taco seasoning
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Tony’s creole (optional)
1/2-1 cup Water
Cheese dip (nacho cheese, salsa con queso, etc)

1. Cook ground beef
2. Drain oil once fully cooked
3. Put meat back in pot and season
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- taco seasoning
- tonys
4. Add water
5. Stir and let sit for 2 minutes
6. Put pot in freezer for 30-45 minutes to cool
7. Shred two pounds of mozzarella and one pound of Colby Jack cheese
8. Take meat out freezer and mix with cheese
9. Form into balls
10. Freeze balls until firm (no more than 20 minutes) - do not freeze solid
11. Prepare bowl of flour and in a separate bowl mix the eggs
12. Blend/ crush up hot Cheetos and put into a bowl
13. Take balls out the freezer and coat EGGS FLOUR EGGS CHIPS - in that order
14. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes on 350
15. PLATE AND SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CHEESE SAUCE, SALSA, SOUR CREAM, TACO SAUCE ETC!!!!
