So happy to be back in SE Wendels Monsterous world. Halfling (Book One) is one of my top reads of the year and now Ironling is right there beside it. This book gave me all the feels. Touched absolutely every single emotion one can have. I just love this world. Swooning over Hakon and Aislinn.

Aislinn a heiress of the Darrowlands, neurodivergent FMC, is faced with threats from her brother Jarrod coming to claim back his title of Heir to the Darrowlands and will wreck havoc if it isn’t given to him. In the mist of worry and preparation she befriends new orc blacksmith Hakon who vows to stand by her side through it all. Pushing aside his dreams of creating a peaceful and calming future for himself, Wülf and the mate he wishes to find there in the Darrowlands.

Although these can be read as a standalone I absolutely recommend you go and read Halfling if you haven’t and then jump right into Ironling. These stories, are cozy and beautiful.
