this caldo saved me when i was SICKKKK Some people even see the meat and then cook it in their pressure cooker, so the meat can come out even more tender If you have the time, I would recommend to cook this on low heat for a good 2 1/2 hours that way the meat is completely falling apart 🔥🔥
