私が「イハダ 薬用うるおいローション（とてもしっとり）」と「イハダ薬用うるおいエマルジョン（乳液）」をセットで使ってみて、検索している人が特に気になりそうだなと思ったポイントを補足します。 まず、ボトル（いわゆる青ボトル系の見た目）がシンプルなので、洗面台に置きっぱなしでも生活感が出にくいのが地味に好きでした。フタを開けて使うタイプなので、忙しい朝は片手で扱えるポンプに比べると一手間はありますが、その分、中身が出すぎないのでコスパ面では助かっています。詰め替えがあるのも続けやすいポイント。 使う順番は基本どおり「ローション→エマルジョン」。ローションは“とてもしっとり”という名前どおり、水っぽさだけじゃなくて、肌に置いたあとにしっとり膜感が残るタイプでした。私はマスク生活＋不規則な勤務で頬や口周りがゆらぎやすいのですが、こういう時はまずローションを少量ずつ2回に分けて重ねると、ムラなくなじんで落ち着きやすかったです。 次にエマルジョン。乳液って物によっては重たく感じてしまうことがあるんですが、これは“守られてる感”はあるのに、ギトギトしにくい印象でした。高精製ワセリン配合の密封ケアが売りなので、乾燥でつっぱる日に相性が良いです。私は全顔に薄く伸ばしたあと、マスクが当たりやすい頬の高い位置や口周りだけ、指先に取って重ね塗りする使い方がいちばん快適でした。 香りがないのも推しポイント。香料があると体調や気分でしんどい日があるので、無香料は毎日使いしやすいです。さらに、肌荒れ防止の有効成分（アラントイン、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム）が入っているのも、ゆらぎ期の“お守り”として選びやすい理由でした。 最後に、買う前に迷いがちな「ローションだけ？乳液も？」問題。乾燥が強い季節や、エアコンで肌がしぼむ感じがある人はローション＋エマルジョンのセット使いが安心。逆に、皮脂が出やすい日はエマルジョンを少なめにする／夜だけ使うなど、量で調整すると続けやすいと思います。
