If you’re a brand, consider the impact of offering fair pay rather than just gifts—this not only shows respect for creators’ professional skills but also helps build stronger, lasting partnerships. For fellow content creators, setting clear boundaries and communicating your worth can help shift industry standards toward better compensation. Advocating for yourself and your work is essential because content creation is a legitimate job with real responsibilities and expenses.
