Todo lo que guardaste en la oscuridad te pertenece.
#conciencia
In life, it's natural to hide certain parts of ourselves—feelings or traits we may find uncomfortable or difficult to face. From personal experience, I’ve found that what we bury in darkness holds immense power over us. By avoiding these aspects, whether it’s pride, courage, or unspoken truths, we inadvertently allow them to control our behaviors behind the scenes. The OCR content reminds us of this: 'TODO ESO QUE NO TE GUSTA, ECHASTE POR AHÍ ATRÁS PARA NO VERLO... ESTO ES MÍO, ME PERTENECE.' This phrase captures the essence of embracing all parts of our being, even those we initially reject. When I started to consciously recognize these hidden parts, especially emotions I once dismissed as weaknesses, I saw a tremendous shift. For instance, acknowledging my own pride—something I previously denied—helped me balance humility with confidence. The same goes for courage—recognizing sincere, direct bravery changed how I approached challenges. This process is crucial for anyone looking to deepen self-awareness and consciousness (#conciencia). Rather than suppressing aspects for survival in a complex 3D world, acknowledging them allows for integration and healing. It's a call not to stay silent ('YA NO NOS PODEMOS CALLAR ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA') but to speak and live our authentic truth. In practical terms, this means taking time to reflect on what we’ve hidden, whether emotions, thoughts, or past experiences, and affirming their rightful place in our self-identity. This practice can foster resilience, improve relationships, and nurture a profound sense of inner peace. Ultimately, owning what you kept in the dark means reclaiming your full self and living more consciously and authentically.
