This drink wasn't for me. The espresso, brown sugar, milk, sweet foam, and cocoa powder sounded like a combination I'd enjoy, but the drink didn't taste as smooth or creamy as I expected.
The biggest downside was the aftertaste. It left a lingering roasted flavor that I couldn't quite place somewhere between toasted, nutty, and caramelized and it wasn't enjoyable to me. After I let it sit for a while, the aftertaste became a little more mellow, which made it easier to drink, but it still wasn't enough to change my opinion. I personally wouldn't order it again.
That said, the cafe itself was beautiful, and I really liked the atmosphere. The space was cute, cozy, and had a nice vibe, so I’d definitely come back to try something else.
