have a workout splits. mine is monday: legs tuesday: back and bis wednesday: chest and tris thursday abs and cardio friday: glute focused legs Its all about what you want to specifically work on. i do recommend rest days, esp if you only do a couple muscles. i also recommend investing in weights, you can get them from walmart for pretty cheap. if you arent sure what workouts to do, pinterest and youtube are gonna be your BESTIES.
