The Polariscope is a simple but effective instrument, relying on two polarized light filters placed in parallel, with the polarized axes intersecting 90 degrees. The test results will demonstrate optical properties such as single refraction and double refraction.

This instrument helps measure the refractive index value. The polarized light filter will allow the analysis to yield even more accurate results.
