ช่วงปิดเทอมถือเป็นช่วงเวลาทองที่เราจะได้พักผ่อนและวางแผนชีวิตอย่างเต็มที่ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เรียนมหาวิทยาลัย ช่วงปิดเทอมผมมักใช้เวลาทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ช่วยให้ใช้เวลาว่างได้อย่างคุ้มค่าและเพิ่มคุณค่าให้ชีวิตมากขึ้น เช่น การพัฒนาตัวเองโดยเฉพาะการเรียนภาษา เพราะโลกทุกวันนี้ภาษาเป็นทักษะสำคัญที่เปิดโอกาสในการทำงานและสื่อสารได้กว้างขึ้น นอกจากนั้น ผมก็พยายามแบ่งเวลาเพื่อ relax ด้วยการทำกิจกรรมที่ชอบ เช่น ดูหนัง ฟังเพลง หรือชวนเพื่อนออกไปทำกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งที่ไม่กดดันตัวเองมากเกินไป เพราะการผ่อนคลายที่ถูกวิธีจะช่วยลดความเครียดและเพิ่มพลังในการใช้ชีวิต เรื่อง self care ก็สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน โดยเฉพาะการดูแลผิวพรรณและสุขภาพจิต เช่น การลงสกินแคร์ให้เหมาะสม และดูแลสุขภาพใจด้วยการนอนหลับพักผ่อนเพียงพอ นอกจากนี้การมองหารายได้เสริมเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ในช่วงปิดเทอม เช่น รับงานพาร์ทไทม์ ทำงานรีวิว หรือขายขนมเอง ก็ช่วยฝึกทักษะและบริหารการเงินส่วนตัวไม่ให้พึ่งพิงเงินจากผู้ปกครองมากเกินไป สุดท้ายการออกไปทำกิจกรรมนอกบ้านกับเพื่อนๆ เป็นช่วงเวลาที่สร้างความทรงจำดีๆ และช่วยปรับสมดุลชีวิตหลังจากเรียนหนักได้อย่างดีค่ะ การจัดตารางให้เหมาะสมและเลือกกิจกรรมที่เราชอบ จะทำให้ปิดเทอมเป็นช่วงเวลาที่สนุกและมีประโยชน์จริงๆ
