Last year, all the years of working, I learned how to use my iPad.
This year, I decided to set a new iPad screen to really respond to our work.
From the usual we don't organize screens at all. Everything is in the app library.
What use to plow one by one, which is a waste of time (just realized)
When I tried the features and it was fun.
Also works fluently and answers a lot of work problems
What we use are various Widgets.
1️⃣ Pinterest.
- Home Feed saw the feed page without pressing into the app.
- Boards let it run the shape we used to pin, something like a pinned inspeco for work, but forgot. Running up like this makes it pass through the eyes so you can remember.
2️⃣. Use shortcuts.
I just tried some shortcuts and discovered that it was very convenient. ❗️❗️ ❗️❗️❗️❗️
Recommended to try it now, mainly the open app and open URL functions. Who wants to teach you how to make shortcuts?
3️⃣ Google Calendar.
See a snapshot of the month, including the tasks left.
4️⃣ Google Search.
Pretend to be widget instead of using the app icon at the bottom (dock). It's convenient and personal that it's more beautiful too.
5️⃣ show suggestions and recent apps in dock
Still set the dock to display the recommended app and the recently activated app because it is very convenient. Although the icon color may not be pleasant, it is acceptable because it is really convenient. Do not open the app-switcher.
6️⃣ Drag a frequently used folder to the dock.
First of all, anyone who hasn't used the Files app has tried it before. It's very useful. There's a lot of important information in here.
Now, if there's a folder that needs to be opened often, you can drag it to the dock.

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “พื้นหลังไอแพด” หรืออยากได้ “รูปตั้งหน้าจอไอแพดเท่ๆ” แบบที่เปิดมาแล้วดูคลีน แต่ยังใช้งานทำงาน/เรียนได้จริง เราแชร์แนวทางที่ลองแล้วเวิร์กมาก (ยึดหลักเดียวกับ setup ที่ใช้วิดเจ็ต Pinterest, Shortcuts, Google Calendar, Google Search และ Dock ให้เป็นระบบ) 1) เลือกพื้นหลังไอแพดให้เข้ากับวิดเจ็ตก่อน เราเคยเลือกวอลเปเปอร์สวยๆ แต่พอวางวิดเจ็ตแล้วรก อ่านยาก สุดท้ายกลับมาใช้ “พื้นหลังสีอ่อน/ขาว/ฟ้าอ่อน” หรือพื้นหลังที่มีลายไม่แน่น จะช่วยให้หน้าจอดูมินิมอลและไอคอนเด่นขึ้นมาก - ถ้าอยากได้ลุคเท่ๆ: ใช้โทนขาว-เทา, ฟ้าอ่อน, หรือพื้นหลังไล่เฉด (gradient) - ถ้าอยากให้ดูสะอาดตา: เลี่ยงพื้นหลังที่มีตัวหนังสือใหญ่/ลายจัด เพราะชนกับวิดเจ็ตปฏิทินและแถบค้นหา 2) ตั้ง “คอนเซ็ปต์ 1 หน้าจอ = 1 งาน” จะหาของเร็วขึ้น เราแบ่งหน้าจอแบบนี้แล้วชีวิตง่ายขึ้น: - หน้า 1 (โฟกัสงาน/เรียน): วิดเจ็ต Google Calendar + Shortcuts ที่ใช้บ่อย + ช่อง Google Search - หน้า 2 (อินสไปร์/ไอเดีย): วิดเจ็ต Pinterest (Home feed/Boards) ให้รูปวิ่งขึ้นมาเตือนความจำ ทริคคืออย่าใส่ไอคอนแอปเยอะเกินไปในหน้าเดียว ให้ใช้วิดเจ็ตเป็น “ทางลัด” แทน 3) ทำรูปตั้งหน้าจอไอแพดเท่ๆ ด้วยการจัดวิดเจ็ตแบบกริด ถ้าอยากให้เหมือนภาพตัวอย่างสไตล์ setup: - วางวิดเจ็ตแบตเตอรี่/เวลาไว้ด้านบน (มองเร็ว) - ตรงกลางให้เป็น Google Calendar แบบเห็นภาพรวมเดือน - ด้านล่างใส่ Google Search เป็นแถบค้นหา แทนการปักไอคอนบน Dock (ดูโปรและคลีน) - วิดเจ็ต Pinterest ไว้ฝั่งเดียวกันเพื่อบาลานซ์ช่องว่าง (หน้าจอจะดู “ตั้งใจจัด”) 4) Dock ให้สวยและใช้งานไว: ใช้โฟลเดอร์ + suggested apps เราเปิด “suggested and recent apps” ใน Dock ต่อไปเลย แม้สีไอคอนจะไม่เข้าธีมบ้าง แต่ช่วยสลับงานเร็วมาก โดยเฉพาะคนทำหลายแอปพร้อมกัน อีกอย่างที่ชอบสุดคือ “ลากโฟลเดอร์จากแอป Files มาไว้ใน Dock” เช่น โฟลเดอร์ชีทงาน/ไฟล์เรียน/เทมเพลต ทำให้เปิดไฟล์สำคัญได้ทันที ไม่ต้องไล่หา 5) แหล่งพื้นหลังไอแพดที่หาแล้วใช้จริง - Pinterest: เซฟบอร์ดแยกเป็น “wallpaper iPad / minimal / blue theme” แล้วใช้วิดเจ็ต Boards ให้สุ่มขึ้นมาบนหน้าจอ - ถ่ายเอง: ถ่ายกำแพง/ท้องฟ้า/โต๊ะทำงาน แล้วปรับให้สีอ่อนหน่อย จะได้พื้นหลังเฉพาะตัวและไม่ซ้ำใคร ลองเริ่มจากเลือกพื้นหลัง 1 รูป แล้วจัดวิดเจ็ตให้ “เปิดสิ่งที่ใช้ทุกวันได้ใน 1 แตะ” ก่อน แค่นี้หน้าจอก็ดูเท่ขึ้นและประหยัดเวลาขึ้นจริงๆ
