My sofa smells like my doggo 😭
Hi, I need to replace my fabric sofas as they smell strongly like my dog, it’s not pee or anything, they just smell of smelly dog and even a professional steam clean has not removed the smell (I do bath him frequently btw) I’m going to buy a cheap second hand replacement (dog still smells, that’s not going to change 😂, although this time I will use throws to protect the sofas better!) My question is: is a leather sofa less likely to ‘absorb’ the smell of dog compared to fabric, and while I don’t care if it gets scratched, has anyone found that large dogs’ claws tear leather?
