New Tattoo: Sleeve Me Please!!
I finally decided to start on an arm sleeve! I’m always getting random tattoos by random artists and it was starting to irritate me that nothing was cohesive!
I found Inspo pics I really liked and what I wanted to do next so I went to Reddit! My city has a Reddit page so I posted my photos and asked if anyone had any recommendations for this type of work, someone reached out to me and said she’d love to do this on me!
And it worked out perfectly!! I’m learning the key is to find an artist that is really passionate about their style of tattooing!
Never go to someone that does traditional but you’re wanting realistic. If a tattooer says they’re not comfortable believe them! We have a plan to fully transform my arm, and now I hope she can do a full leg sleeve after this!

Getting a sleeve tattoo is an exciting journey that blends personal expression with artistic vision. To successfully achieve a stunning sleeve, start by researching various tattoo styles like traditional, realistic, or abstract that resonate with you. You can explore community pages on Reddit or Instagram for recommendations to find reputable artists whose work aligns with your desired aesthetic. It's crucial to communicate your ideas clearly to your tattoo artist, sharing reference images and discussing themes. A collaborative approach ensures both you and the artist are on the same page throughout the artwork process. As you embark on this transformation, consider future projects like leg sleeves or other body art to create a cohesive overall look. The tattoo community is rich in resources and support that can guide you along the way. As you build your collection of ink, remember that each piece tells your unique story!
