It is located a few minutes on foot from Shimbashi Station and has good access, and this time I was guided to a private room of the digging type.
The surroundings were quite lively with banquets of office workers, but thanks to the private room it is easy to talk and it is an environment where you can enjoy meals calmly
Ordering is completed with a smartphone, so it is convenient to not have to call a clerk.
However, there are variations in the serving speed, and it is an impression for people who drink slowly.
I chose the Takumi course for cooking.
The overall balance is good and the number of items is just right.
The seasoning was strong to match sake, especially grilled and simmered dishes had a strong taste.
It feels like it's made on the premise of drinking alcohol, and I think it's perfect for people who like strong flavors.
The last cooked rice was delicious with the condiments working well
The yellowtail radish was deliciously eaten with mustard
The lotus root has shrimp in it, and it's a seasoning that seems to go well with alcohol
On the other hand, it is regrettable that the hot water of shochu was lukewarm and too thick.
It would have been better if the temperature and concentration of the drink were adjusted a little more carefully.
Sour type was no particular problem
Still, it was attractive to be able to relax in a private room and eat while feeling the bustle like Shinbashi.

私が「魚京助 新橋駅前店」で良かったなと思ったのは、“新橋らしい賑わい”と“個室の落ち着き”が両立していたところです。駅から近いので集合がラクで、仕事終わりのサク飲み〜宴会まで使いやすい立地。店内は会社員グループの利用が多くて活気がありますが、掘りごたつ個室に入ると意外と会話が通るので、ゆっくりご飯を食べたい日にも向いていました。 料理はコースで頼むと流れが分かりやすく、刺身の盛り合わせが最初に来るとテンションが上がります。白身・赤身・サーモンなど彩りが良く、薬味（白髪ねぎやごま）多めの盛り付けもお酒向き。焼き物や煮物は全体的にしっかり味が入っていて、濃いめが好きな人には刺さると思います。私が特に好きだったのは、ぶり大根。辛子が添えられていて、甘辛い煮汁に少しアクセントが入るのが良かったです。 〆の炊き込みご飯も満足度高めでした。土鍋っぽい提供で、舞茸や魚のほぐし身、白髪ねぎがたっぷりのっていて、薬味の効き方がしっかり。お腹がいっぱいでも「ちょっとだけ…」が止まらない系です。 一方で、ドリンクは当たり外れが出やすいかも。私のときは焼酎のお湯割りがぬるめ＆濃いめで、好みが分かれそうでした（サワー系は普通に飲みやすかったです）。もしお湯割り派なら、最初に「熱め」「濃さ普通」など伝えてみるのがおすすめ。 あと、スマホ注文は便利ですが、混雑時間帯は提供がゆっくりに感じることもありました。時間に余裕がある日に、最初に刺身や煮物など“待ち時間が出やすそうなもの”を先に入れておくとストレスが少ないです。 総合的に見ると、新橋で「個室で和食をつまみながら飲みたい」「刺身や煮物でしっかり居酒屋気分を味わいたい」人には相性の良いお店でした。次回行くなら、炊き込みご飯はまたリピートしたいです。
