私もこの店を利用した際、シカゴピザのボリュームのすごさに驚きました。厚みのある生地にたっぷりのチーズが溢れんばかりに詰まっていて、一人では食べきれないほど。お店の立地が横浜赤レンガの近くということで、夜の雰囲気も抜群で、食事がより一層特別な時間になりました。 予約はできれば早めの時間帯が断然おすすめです。私の経験では20時以降になるとメニューの売り切れが目立ち始め、選べる料理がずいぶん限定されてしまいました。 特にアラカルトで好きなものをじっくり選びたい場合は、19時前後の来店が良いと思います。 また、広めのボックス席はプライベート感があり、まるで個室のようにゆったり過ごせるのも魅力的。みなとみらいの夜景を本格的に楽しみたい場合は窓側の席を早めにリクエストするといいでしょう。 さらに、こちらのお店ではBBQメニューも充実しているので、ピザ以外にもシュラスコをはじめとした肉料理やビールも一緒に楽しめるのが嬉しいポイントです。みんなでシェアしながらワイワイ楽しむのにぴったりのお店だと感じました。 旬の野菜を使ったサラダは新鮮で、重めのメイン料理の合間に食べるとさっぱりリフレッシュできます。もちもち食感の水餃子風メニューは意外な美味しさで、ピザの濃厚さとのバランスも抜群でした。 横浜赤レンガ周辺でお腹いっぱいピザを楽しみたい方や、夜景を眺めながらゆったり食事したい方にはこの「ブッチャー・リパブリック」が特におすすめです。次回行く際には予約時間を少し早めて、もっと多くのメニューを楽しみたいと考えています。
