Consider starting with a balanced workout schedule that includes different types of exercises throughout the week. For example, as referenced in the OCR content, a weekly plan may include dance on Mondays, lower body workouts on Tuesdays, upper body exercises on Wednesdays, pilates or yoga on Thursdays, cardio on Fridays, and rest on weekends. This variety not only keeps workouts interesting but also promotes overall fitness level improvement. Using fitness apps, like the Alive app mentioned, can provide helpful guidance. These apps often include workout plans, instructional videos, and tracking features to monitor progress. Community forums, similar to the hashtags provided, can motivate and inspire you. Connecting with others on the same journey can help foster accountability, as sharing successes and challenges can bolster commitment. Ultimately, changing your mindset, finding what workouts you enjoy, and celebrating small victories along the way is key to making gym attendance a consistent part of your lifestyle.
