Definitely the most amazing experience Iâve had this far.
I love the slow living of Europe. At first I was super culture shocked on how different Europeâs way of living was compared to the US.
I loved how the people are more immersed in their environment and the people theyâre with, more than the mindless scrolling on their phones.
Families spend quality time together and live slowly.
Enjoy the conversation of their company, enjoy that coffee or the book theyâre reading.
I loved how much exercise I could have by simply walking or riding a bicycle.
Reduced waste/recycling is heavily influenced which was a super plus! ðŊ
I immediately felt the stress leave my body and immediately took in the sights and experiences.
Life is meant to live more simply, intentional and present.
Iâve become inspired to incorporate minimalism in my everyday life.
What Iâve learned from Europeans is:
1. Simple and classy is the way
2. You donât need all the material things youâre holding onto
3. No one cares what designer brand youâre wearing
