Happy Monday I guess. #morgankaleb #sahm #morningroutine #monday #relateable
Monday mornings can be a mix of feelings—some days are energizing, while others leave you feeling drained right from the start. As a stay-at-home mom (SAHM), I find that establishing a consistent morning routine is key to setting a positive tone for the entire day, especially on Mondays when motivation may be harder to muster. One thing I've learned is the power of small, intentional actions in the morning. For instance, spending just five minutes on mindfulness or deep breathing can help me transition from weekend relaxation to weekday focus. Incorporating light exercise or stretching also wakes up my body and clears my mind. Preparation the night before has been a game changer. Organizing children’s activities, planning meals, and setting out clothes reduce decision fatigue in the morning and help me maintain calm. I also embrace the reality that some Mondays are harder than others, and it’s okay to acknowledge that. Sharing these relatable moments with other moms helps create a supportive community where we can exchange encouragement and practical advice. Starting Monday with a positive mindset doesn’t mean ignoring challenges but rather finding manageable ways to approach them. Over time, this approach enhances productivity, lowers stress, and nurtures a sense of accomplishment, turning ‘Monday blues’ into an opportunity for a fresh start.
