It’s all about creating a polished base and enhancing your natural features without feeling overwhelmed. First things first, skin prep is crucial! I always start with a good moisturizer, applying a light, even layer all over my face. This not only hydrates but also creates a smooth canvas for everything that follows. Think of it as the foundation for your foundation! Next up is primer. This step is a game-changer, especially if you want your makeup to last. I focus on key areas like my forehead, nose, chin, and the central part of my cheeks – basically, my T-zone, where I tend to get a bit more shine. I've found some great affordable options, like those from SHEIN. A touch of blush brings life back to the face. I smile and apply it to the apples of my cheeks, sweeping slightly upwards towards my temples. Sometimes, I even add a tiny dab to the tip of my nose for a cute, sun-kissed look. For that extra glow, highlighter is key! I dab it on my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose, and on my cupid's bow. It catches the light beautifully and makes your skin look radiant.
