1 mile fall hike in Alaska

The butte trailhead is off the highway, only a 45 min drive North of Anchorage. It’s a great workout because it’s pretty steep, but it only takes about 30 mins to get to the top. You’ll see horses and other wildlife along with a gorgeous view of the mountains and a glacier!
