CHICKEN & RITZ CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

—3 cans cream of chicken soup

—12 oz pkg of frozen peas 🫛

—12 oz pkg of frozen carrots 🥕

—8oz sour cream

—Cajun seasoning; to taste

—1 rotisserie chicken; deboned & chopped🍗

—3 sleeves of Ritz crackers; crushed & divided

—1 stick of butter; cut into 12 slices 🧈

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix cream of chicken, peas, carrots, sour cream, and Cajun seasoning on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

2. Spread half of the crushed Ritz crackers into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

3. Pour the soup mixture on top of the crackers.

4. Top with the remaining half of the crushed Ritz crackers.

5. Add 1 stick of sliced butter on top.

6. Into the oven at 400 degrees for 30min or until the crust is golden & bubbly.

what seasoning can I use to replace the Cajun seasoning we can't do the spicy
