Sauna Blanket First Impressions

I recently bought a sauna blanket and here is what I think so far!

Sauna blankets are a super easy and more affordable alternative to a regular sauna especially if you don't have access to one from your gym, etc. I bought this one from Lifepro off of amazon for about $150. That is not cheap by any means but it is more affordable in the grand scheme of things! I have really been investing in my health lately so I was happy to spend the money on this.

You simple lay the blanket out, it feels similar to a sleeping bag. You plug it into the wall and get in. You can wear underwear, or whatever you prefer underneath (you clean it after, of course). It zips up super easy from the inside, you do not need help securing yourself in it. Then you simple press the buttons on the remote! There are different temperature and time settings. It automatically turns off when your time is up. When it's done, you just unzip and get out! Wipe it down with a gentle cleaner and let it cool down before folding it up and putting it away.

I get SUPER sweaty in here. I love to listen to a podcast and just relax.

Sauna benefits include detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation, and more!
