Making an effort to actually chew thoroughly is so important! This can help with digestion and bloating, but it can also help you slow down and take longer to eat which helps you recognize when you're full, and may stop you from over eating.

Eating your protein source FIRST will help ensure that you get in your protein! Also, if you don't finish your plate, it makes it so that the carbs and fats are what is left, not the protein. Protein is crucial for weight loss!
