I recently attended a wellness event in Austin Texas and it was so much fun! There are things like this in many major cities as well as different studios with this equipment that you may be able to find in your area.

I bought a ticket and attended a yoga class followed by continuous sauna and cold plunges. The sauna is super great for recovery, stress, detoxing and more. Cold plunges help with boosting your immune system and metabolism, reducing inflammation and more.

The contrast of going back and forth between the two burns a ton of calories which is super cool!

Attending an event like this with likeminded people is a super cool way to network. I would recommend searching for something like this. If you can't find an event, there may be studios, wellness centers, or gyms with saunas and cold plunges. Highly recommend you try!
