My Top Favorite Bloating Tips To Prevent Bloating

These are the top 3 things that I notice work best with my body personally!!

Walking after meals is SUCH a good habit. It helps your digestion and gets you extra steps in. Even 10 minutes post meal is great.

Don't chug all your water at once! You can feel it blow up your belly and swish around. Pace yourself. Drink enough, but just space it out so you're not chugging.

Lastly, this may not be able to apply to everyone, but I find that when I am eating lots of meat, I never feel bloated! It is high in protein and low in carbs, and just works super well with my gut. If you eat meat, but not much of it, try to increase your meat intake and see if it helps your bloating go down.
