For moms juggling multiple kids, a double stroller or a child harness can provide added security. I also recommend packing a few quiet toys or snacks to prevent crankiness in the store. It’s perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed, but with practice, these outings become more manageable and even enjoyable. Remember, you’re not alone—many parents face the same grocery store adventures and learn along the way.
