How To Go Plant Based For Dummies 😅

When I first went plant based, I had no clue what I was doing.

I was buying random vegan junk, skipping meals, and wondering why I felt tired, bloated, and broke.

Fr going plant based isn’t about perfection.

It’s about unlearning what they taught us about meat, learning how to build real meals, and feeding your body like it deserves healing.

Here’s what helped me:

✔️ Knowing what protein actually looks like (hint: it’s not just tofu)

✔️ Grocery shopping with a plan

✔️ Cooking meals that fuel my body not just my cravings

✔️ Reading labels and skipping soy, gluten, and seed oils
