Trovato is an Italian restaurant located at 26 Jalan Selaseh in the Seletar Hills Estate. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near Yio Chu Kang and Serangoon, they are known for their brick-fired pizzas and modern Italian cuisine. Each dish was executed really well and packed with flavour! 😋

Having dined at multiple Italian restaurants, I can say that Trovato’s attention to detail truly stands out. The truffle mushroom soup here offers a rich and earthy aroma with just the right creaminess, making it an ideal starter that prepares your palate for the main courses. The chicken roulade is expertly rolled and cooked to perfection, with tender meat wrapped around delicious fillings, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. I also tried the gamberi risotto, which boasted a creamy consistency and succulent prawns that were cooked just right, delivering a burst of fresh seafood flavor. What impressed me most is how these dishes were thoughtfully prepared, highlighting the quality ingredients without overpowering each other. The brick-fired pizzas, which I haven’t tried yet, come highly recommended, and I’m genuinely eager to return and explore their full menu.
