I’m sharing a 3-minute snippet from my full 12-minute practice that focuses specifically on the foundations of feeling good in your skin: Spine, Mobility, and Balance.

Sometimes we overcomplicate fitness, but often our bodies just need to rediscover how to move freely. This flow is low-impact, mindful, and perfect for a mid-day reset.

Why these 3 pillars matter: 🧘‍♀️ Spinal Strength: A healthy spine is the key to energy and longevity. We’re working on opening up the vertebrae and releasing tension. 🤸 Mobility: This isn’t just "flexibility."
