How to loose weight quick?! ✨
In the past 2 years and 1/2 I have gained 30 pounds..
I used to weigh 130 when I was 18 now I’m 20 (Turing 21 in Nov.) and weigh this much 💔
My parents and siblings keep calling me out and telling me repeatedly that I’m not like “before” and should loose weigh.
I noticed that myself and so did my scale,
I’m new to Lemon 8 🍋 and thought this was would be a great place and opportunity for me to get any girl tips and advice on how to loose weigh quickly, since this is a girl app and hope that no one would body shame me like my family dose…

Hey, I studied nutrition and physiology. You are at a healthy weight and you look good. However, you should be able to safely lose like 15 pounds. Eat Whole Foods (food that isn’t processed garbage) including fresh fruit and veggies, whole cuts of meat, and try to intake between 1200-1600 calories per day.
