Well, beyond impressing your friends, quicker reflexes can genuinely make everyday tasks easier and safer. Think about driving, catching a falling object, or even just navigating a crowded street. I started by just practicing a basic THROW against a wall and Bounceing it back, trying to catch it as quickly as possible. Then, I added a SWITCH: throwing with one hand and catching with the other, or changing up the distance.
