3 Tips to Improve Your Health for Life

Do this before it’s too late 👇

Your health is SO important, that if you don’t take care of it, you’ll never enjoy life to the fullest.

1. Start working out by adding it to your schedule.

You say you are going to workout, but you end up not going, continue to hang with friends, scrolling on your phone, and end up ditching the gym!

Write it into your calendar and make it a non-negotiable to do because you MUST hit your workouts.

YOU HAVE TIME FOR THE GYM! SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF!

You have an obligation to prioritize yourself and your health, so don’t miss workouts and get the dream body you always wanted!

2. You need to reduce the amount of fast food you eat!

You don’t see fit people downing McDonald’s Big Macs everyday for every meal and being fat.

You need to find ways to make sure you hit your macronutrients and have some sense of being not completely unhealthy.

It’s cool to eat fast food because who doesn’t like a quick burger, but you need to be mindful of eating fast food. It is unhealthy and we do need to be conscious of what we put into our body.

Our food is fuel so make sure to try to get good fuel for your body!

Try to eat better when you go out to eat at places like Cavaor Chipotle, get healthier options like a non fried sandwich, less sauce, try doing meal prep services, meal prep your own food, or even make your own!

Treat your body like a Ferrari, don’t fill it up with cheap gas, fill it up with some quality gas to function at its best!

3. ALCOHOL IS THE WORST DRUG

I don’t care that it’s legal, it is a drug.

People use it to numb their emotions.

People use it to be able to socialize.

People use it to fit in the crowd.

You have all downside drinking alcohol. Destroy your liver, have hangovers, dehydration, memory loss the next day of you drink a ton, wasting a ton of money, and a bunch of calories gained.

You are setting yourself up for failure. Reduce how much you drink progressively then eventually get to the point where you don’t ever drink it again.

Change your life and start caring about your health.
