How to balance 39 miles + strength and recovery while training for an ultra — my goals are generally: 🩵 3 strength sessions min weekly to maintain muscle mass - 1 full body, 1 lower, 1 upper 🩵 longer mileage CAN be broken up. 2 back to back 10 milers works if you don’t have time for 20 🩵
