What is Bro Doing on RDLs 👇

Whenever you do RDLs, the focus is to hinge basically meaning push your butt back and then drive through your glutes and hips to extend.

You are not trying to squat, you need to keep your knees, slightly bend and do not bend them anymore.

Then from there, push your butt back as you’re trying to close the door with your butt.

Keep your back straight during this whole time then push your glutes and hips forward.
